In line with Downtown’s brand promise to be “Always Original,” we created a large-scale art installation from more than 1,200 filled coffee cups to get attention for the opening of the new Dunkin’ Donuts — a pretty hot way to deliver the news. We knew that DD had among the best social media engagement in the nation, so this approach earned huge social and PR dividends for Downtown West Palm Beach.
